Board of Education Meeting Tuesday, March 13
The Sheridan
Board of Education will meet Tuesday, March 13 in the board room at SOAR
Academy, 4107 S. Federal Blvd. The meeting will begin with a work session
at 5:30 p.m. followed by the formal board meeting at 6 p.m.
The agenda
includes an update on surety bonds; an update on the school lunch program;
remarks on district accomplishments; an update on Sheridan High School and SOAR
Academy; and an update on district marketing initiatives.
The board will
also hear a presentation from Fort Logan Northgate School assistant principal
Beth Joswick on the bullying prevention grant.
The consent
agenda includes personnel recommendations and job descriptions (Director of
Student Learning Services, Student Engagement Coordinator).
Time will also be
allotted for public comment. All audience comments are limited to five minutes.
