Dr. Gionni Thompson 
Superintendent Sheridan School District

With over 24 years in education, Dr. Thompson has had the privilege of serving in various roles, including tutor, teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, principal, executive director, and chief operations officer. His experience spans K-12 legislative public policy and now includes serving as our new superintendent.

Throughout his career, he has been passionate about teaching and committed to finding innovative ways to enhance learning. We are excited that he brings this dedication and experience to our district, working together we will achieve excellence for our students.
