Online Registration
Returning Students: Register through the parent portal. If your student was enrolled in Pre-K at Sheridan Early Childhood Center, please use the parent portal. Click here for online registration for existing students.
New Students: Not currently attending ANY Sheridan School. Please click on the link below and follow the instructions. Click here for online registration for new students.
Enrollments from outside the district are considered pending review by the school. Final decisions will be made within two weeks of the enrollment window closing, and families will be notified by mail.
You will have the opportunity during the registration process to upload supporting documents. Applications without supporting documents are considered incomplete and will be put on hold until all documents are submitted.
The following information must be provided BEFORE beginning school:
- Completed Application
- Proof of Address (Property Bill/Contract)
- Birth Certificate
- Special Services/IEP (if applicable)
- Immunizations/Medical or Non-Medical Exemption
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- Most recent Grade/Report card
- Most recent Attendance report
- Behavior Report
- Household information - address and phone numbers
- Parent information - work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information - demographic and health/medication information
- Emergency Contact - addresses and phone numbers.
