Board of Education
Work Session and Regular Meeting Tonight—Tuesday, May 28
The Sheridan Board of Education will meet Tuesday, May 28 at
SOAR Academy, 4107 S. Federal
Blvd. The meeting will begin with a work session at 5:30
p.m. A regular meeting will follow at
7:15 p.m.
The work session agenda includes an end-of-year update
regarding the Instructional Support
Assistants; the 2018-2019 school year Gifted/Talented
report; a review of parent and student
survey data; and policy governance reviews.
The regular meeting includes audience for members of the
public. All audience comments are
limited to three minutes.
The regular meeting agenda will include the
superintendent/leadership report; first reading of
the 2018-2019 school year budget; and the master agreement.
The consent agenda includes personnel recommendations;
financial recommendations; Head
Start Grant Application; Head Start Report to the Public;
Head Start Program report; the 2019-
2020 District School Calendar; and ratification of the
2019-2020 master agreement.
