Board of
Education Meeting Tuesday, Sept. 10
The Sheridan
Board of Education will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept 10 at SOAR Academy, 4107
S. Federal Blvd. This meeting
will begin at 5:45 p.m.
The meeting
will begin with a spotlight on the students and staff at Fort Logan Northgate
School. Fort Logan Northgate School principal Bill Blandón will also present an
update on the school and its progress.
The agenda
includes audience for members of the public. All audience comments are limited
to three minutes.
The
superintendent/leadership report includes updates on Englewood Arts; Burlington
Stores donation; debrief of Community BBQ and library open house; Sept. 20
Learning Walk; and Sheridan Celebrates.
The consent
agenda includes personnel recommendations; financial recommendations; board
meeting minutes (Aug. 13 and Aug. 27 meetings); and approval of variety of
student overnight and out-of-state trips.
