Board
of Education Work Session and Meeting Tuesday, July 24
The Sheridan Board of
Education will meet tonight (Tuesday, July 24) at SOAR Academy, 4107 S. Federal
Blvd. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a work session. A regular
meeting will follow the conclusion of the work session.
The work session agenda
includes discussion on Beyond Textbooks; mill levy ballot proposal; Learning
Walks; and the contract with South Suburban Parks and Recreation.
The regular meeting agenda
will begin with approval of the consent agenda followed by public comment.
Please note, all audience comments are limited to three minutes.
The regular meeting agenda also includes appointment of a designated election official and consideration of
a resolution to place a mill levy proposal on the ballot in November. The
consent agenda includes personnel recommendations.
