CU Sheridan Health Services School-Based Health Clinic has been dedicated to the students within the Sheridan School District for almost 30 years. Our mission has always been to provide affordable, quality care to students to maximize their health and school success. The clinic can support students while at school for acute illnesses or injuries, asthma, prescription refills, and referrals to a specialist. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, most private insurances, and we can support students without insurance as well. Please use the link below to refer yourself, your child, or a student to school-based services that will allow your child to receive immediate care whenever needed- no waiting for appointments, and no missed school and work, as parents can join appointments virtually.
