Sheridan Health Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nurse-managed federally-qualified health center that began in 1995 with providers from the University of Colorado, College of Nursing. We offer a variety of services to encompass all of a patient's needs and strive to provide complete care to individuals with a focus on wellness and disease prevention. Sheridan Health Services, Inc. has two locations serving adults and children. The Sheridan Family Health Clinic and the Sheridan Youth Health Clinic both provide primary care and a comprehensive range of physical, behavioral, oral health, and pharmacy services.

COVID-19 Testing is available for all persons by appointment only: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. For questions, please call (303) 315-6150.
Information about the cost of COVID testing has been confusing. At SHS, the actual COVID test is free at SHS, but our medical staff need to perform a health assessment (telehealth) prior to doing the test. There is a fee for that assessment. - Most private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare and CHP+ cover the cost of the health assessment that is done before a COVID test.
- The COVID-19 health assessment is free for all uninsured patients.
