SOAR Academy will administer the WIDA ACCESS test to all Multilingual Language Learners (MLLs) through January.
WHAT: WIDA ACCESS for ELLs is a yearly English language proficiency test for kindergarten through 12th-grade students identified as multilingual learners (MLLs). The test measures a student's proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. More information about the ACCESS test can be found here.
WHEN: WIDA ACCESS testing for MLLs will be January 23, 2025
State Testing Opt-Out form:
If you wish for your student to opt out of the WIDA ACCESS test, please know that you will not receive results of your student's achievement and growth as measured by these assessments. Additionally, educators will not have your student's results for instructional planning, class placement, and academic screening.
