Attention Parents and Guardians of Fort Logan Northgate:

As part of our Youth Connections Grant, we are happy to announce we will be hosting tutoring on Tuesdays at Fort Logan Northgate from 3:30-4:30pm.  Students will be able to get additional support in math and/or literacy.  We will be offering a late bus for the students who would like to take advantage of this opportunity. Each tutoring session will be five weeks.  This first session will run from September 13-October 11.  If you would like your child to participate, please complete the registration form using the link below:

Como parte de nuestra subvención de dinero de Conexiones Juveniles, nos sentimos felices de anunciar que estaremos ofreciendo tutoría para los estudiantes los Martes en Fort Logan Northgate de 3:30-4:30pm. Los estudiantes podrán obtener apoyo adicional en matemáticas y/o alfabetización. Estaremos ofreciendo transporte de autobús para más tarde para los estudiantes a quienes les gustaría tomar ventaja de esta oportunidad. Cada sesión de Tutoría tendrá una duración de cinco semanas. Welcome Fort Logan Northgate Families,

1. Students with health conditions MUST have a health plan on file(this includes students who self carry). Please bring in health plans with any medications to be given at school as soon as possible. 
2. School Hours:  Arrival: 7:45AM  Monday through Friday 

  Dismissal: 2:05 PM every Monday

and 3:15PM Tuesday-Friday

4. Get familiar with our Fort Logan Northgate Homepage as it will be updated often with important information pertaining to our school.

5. Your students' attendance is an important piece in helping them achieve academic success. In the event they can not attend, please leave a message on the Attendance Line : 720-833-6853.

6. For the safety of our students, please ensure that anyone visiting our building or picking students up MUST have proper identification.

7. If you have not yet registered returning students, please do so.  Registration is done completely online at ssd2.org.

1. Los Estudiantes con condiciones de salud DEBEN tener un plan de salud en el expediente (esto incluye a los estudiantes que los llevan consigo). Por favor traiga sus planes de salud con cualquier medicamento que debe darse en la escuela tan pronto como sea posible.  
2. Horas de Escuela:  Llegada: 7:45AM Lunes a Viernes  (campana de tardanza)

Salida:  2:05 PM cada Lunes  

 Y 3:15PM Martes – Viernes  

4. Familiarícese con nuestra Página Principal de Fort Logan Northgate ya que será actualizada con frecuencia con información importante perteneciente a nuestra escuela.   

5. La asistencia de sus estudiantes es una pieza importante en ayudarlos a alcanzar el éxito académico. En el caso de que no pueda asistir, por favor déjenos un mensaje en La Línea de Asistencia: 720-833-6853. 

6. Para la seguridad de nuestros estudiantes, por favor asegúrese de que cualquier persona visitando nuestro edificio o recogiendo estudiantes DEBE tener una identificación apropiada.  

7. Si usted no ha inscrito a sus estudiantes que regresan, por favor háganlo. La inscripción se hace completamente en línea en ssd2.org.
