Public comment occurs during the meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month only. All audience
comments are limited to 3 (three) minutes. If there are a number of speakers
commenting on the same topic this evening, we ask that remarks be consolidated. No
later than 24 hours prior to the board meeting, please email Polly Plancarte
([email protected]) your request for “Audience with Board". Include in the email
your name, phone number (your phone number will not be revealed), and a brief
description of the topic. The board would also like to know if you are a staff member,
parent, student, community member or business owner.
